Description:

pulmopres 20mg medicine helps to relaxes the smooth muscles present in the wall of blood vessels and helps in increasing the flow of blood in certain specific areas of the body. It is used for the treatment of erection disorders, prostate gland enlargement and Pulmonary Hypertension (high blood pressure of blood vessels connecting the lungs and the heart).This medication is a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor, prescribed for erectile dysfunction (impotence; inability to get or keep an erection) in person. It increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.

How It Work:

pulmopres 20 MG Tablet helps to relaxes the smooth muscles by inhibiting Phosphodiesterase type-5. This results in the increase of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) which relaxes the smooth muscles and increases the flow of blood.

How To Take:

Take pulmopres  in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

Dosage:

Missed Dose
Take the missed in short time dose as soon as you remember. It can be skipped if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose. This applies to conditions like Pulmonary Hypertension where the dose regimen is fixed.
Overdose
Contact a doctor directly if an overdose is suspected. You might require direct medical attention if the overdose is severe.

Warnings and Precautions:

• Avoid excessive alcohol consumption while taking this Pulmopres 20 MG. 
• Patients with heart problems who take it, may be at increased risk for heart-related side effects, including heart attack or stroke. If it is so contact your doctor immediately.
• Discontinue and seek medical advice if there is sudden vision loss or decreased vision in one or both eyes or tinnitus, dizziness or sudden loss or decrease in hearing, while taking this medication.

• Extreme caution needed for children <18 yr, elderly, pregnant women.
